Welcome to Aurorion. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services we provide, including the creation of websites and chatbots. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
Services Provided
Aurorion offers custom website and chatbot development services. Our services are designed to meet your specific needs, and details will be agreed upon during the onboarding process. We use tools and technologies, including Cloudflare for protection, to ensure a secure and efficient experience.
Use of Our Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Engage in any illegal or unauthorized activity.
- Attempt to interfere with the site’s operation or security.
- Distribute harmful content, such as viruses or malware.
We use Google Analytics to collect non-personal data to improve our site. By using our website, you consent to this data collection as described in our Privacy Policy.
Contact Form and Data Handling
When you submit a contact form (including name, first name, company name, service, message, and email address), your data is forwarded to an automation tool (Make.com) and then emailed to our team via a secure email service (Gmail) for processing. You agree that this data may be used to respond to your inquiries.
Payment and Fees
Our services are offered on an annual billing basis for hosted plans, with project-only options available as a one-time fee. Monthly billing plans are also available for certain services. Pricing is outlined in our pricing section, and payment terms will be specified during the checkout process. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
For monthly billing plans, if you choose to cancel your subscription, you will be billed for up to three (3) additional months following the cancellation request. During this notice period, your subscription will be marked as cancelled in our system, but you will continue to be billed for the remaining months to fulfill the three-month notice period. For example, if you cancel on April 15, you will be billed for May 15, June 15, and July 15, with the subscription ending on July 14. This ensures continuity of service during the notice period, and no refunds will be provided for the notice period fees.
Binding Onboarding and Advance Payment
By submitting your onboarding details, you enter into a binding agreement with Aurorion to purchase our services. Upon submission of the onboarding form, you will be redirected to Stripe’s secure checkout page to complete the payment in advance. The agreed-upon fees must be paid in full via Stripe before your website and chatbot are created and launched. Cancellations after submitting the onboarding form are not permitted, except in cases of significant defects attributable to Aurorion, as outlined in these Terms. By proceeding with the onboarding submission, you acknowledge and agree to this binding commitment and the advance payment requirement.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and code created by Aurorion remain our property until full payment is received. Upon successful payment via Stripe, you receive a license to use the deliverables for your intended purpose, subject to these Terms. You may not resell or distribute our work without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Aurorion provides services on an "as-is" basis and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our deliverables will cease unless otherwise agreed.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
